The TUTCO SureHeat Max Air Heater, comparable to the Leister LHS 41L Classic (Article #143.293), works with a variety of regenerative blowers and delivers efficient heating for air temperatures up to 1400°F (760°C). Available in power options from 6.0kW to 36.0kW and voltage options of 240V, 380V, or 480V in both single- and three-phase units, the Max provides flexibility for different setups.

Each unit includes two built-in Type K thermocouples and a terminal block for easy wiring. When combined with a TUTCO SureHeat Control Panel, you get precise voltage control and protection against temperature overshoot.

The Max offers a wide range of features that make it the ideal heater for a wide range of textile, packaging, and converting applications:

  •  1 or 3 phase power sources and voltages. 
  • Small size – 4” diameter body
  • Convenient threaded inlet and exit ports for air connections 
  • High temperature plastic wiring enclosure with built in connections ​
  • Rugged stainless steel heater body
  • Stainless steel mounting base
  • Exposed wire low mass element for fast heat up/cool down
  • Rated for pressures up to 60 PSI (4 bar)
