The global demand for increased fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, and renewable energy has given rise to new technologies dependent upon increased temperatures and higher pressures. Whether for R&D, quality testing of components, or as a key component in OEM equipment, Tutco SureHeat’s Specialty Flanged Inline (SFI) Heaters, which feature proprietary Serpentine™ Technology, deliver safe, precise, and durable performance in a wide range of extremely demanding process heat applications.
Our heaters are compact, can quickly reach extremely high temperatures and accurately maintain those temperatures for extended periods of time. Built to handle very low or high
pressure, the heaters are ideal for MRO facilities to test pneumatic valves, university settings for researching fuel cells, or at OEM facilities for combustion testing. Every product is built to specifications provided by the customer. Our technology is versatile allowing us to quickly produce custom solutions. With nearly half a century of experience, chances are that we have an off the shelf heating solution for you. However, if you require a unique custom solution designed specifically around your application, Tutco’s Heating Solutions Group has the experience and knowledge to meet your specifications.
Specialty Flanged Inline (SFI) inline heaters are designed specifically for air and inert gas applications. Our Serpentine element facilitates very high power density in a compact design. Our SFI electric air heaters can be as much as 8-12x smaller than tubular immersion designs. The advantage is smaller, lighter, and a faster heat-up and cool-down time. In applications requiring high temperatures and compressed air, our SFI heaters deliver this superior performance resulting in reduced energy consumption.
