Our Hi-Temp Threaded Inline Heater  are capable of reaching exhaust temperatures up to 1,652°F (900°C) and designed to withstand inlet pressures up to 100 PSI. Designed for applications requiring precise thermal control and dependable operation, these heaters are commonly used in research environments where airflow, pressure, and temperature must be carefully managed. Featuring compact construction and high heat transfer efficiency, Inline Heaters allow researchers to add controlled thermal energy directly into process streams while minimizing system footprint. Specialty Flanged Inline Heaters
