Closed-Loop Process Heaters

Designed for use with compressed or regenerative blowers, Tutco SureHeat Closed-Loop Process Heat Solutions come with built-in type K thermocouples to accurately measure temperature. They are designed for use with our Tutco SureHeat Control Panels ensuring precise voltage control and overshoot protection. Choices range from 1 or 3 phase power sources and voltages. An electric air heater works by transferring electrical energy into a passing air stream. The power and amount of air flow will determine how hot the air heater element will get. The calculation tool in the upper right hand of the webpage will help determine the specifications and heater required for your application.
